What we collect
When you buy from us, take our free scorecard, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, payment ID, and, if you share them with us, your scorecard result and answers. If you join our email list, we record your name, email address, the page you signed up on, and the time and wording of your consent. We do not receive or store your card or bank details; payments are processed by Razorpay.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver your purchase, issue receipts and invoices, provide support, deliver audits you book, and respond to your messages. If you agree, we also send you marketing emails about our products. You can stop marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in any such email.
Cookies and tools
Our website and communications use cookies and similar technologies, including those set by our customer relationship management provider, HubSpot, to recognise visitors and understand how our website is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some features may not work as expected.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run our business, such as Razorpay (payments), HubSpot (customer relationship management), and our hosting and email providers, and where the law requires. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records for 3 years, after which we delete or anonymise them, unless the law requires us to keep certain records longer, for example tax and accounting records.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@saasglocal.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.
