Digital products

All sales of digital products are final and we do not offer refunds, because the files are delivered immediately. If a delivered file is corrupt or unreadable, email support@saasglocal.com with your payment ID. After we confirm your payment, we will send you a replacement, normally within 24 hours.

Audits and services

Fees for audits and other services are non-refundable once paid.

Refund timelines

Because we do not offer refunds, no refund timeline applies.

Cancellations

Once your payment is confirmed and your files are delivered or your service is booked, the order cannot be cancelled.

Payment errors
